Norbert’s quest began with a yearning for
time freedom. Today, having accomplished that very freedom through building multiple self-led business, he believes it’s more than just personal success—it’s a blueprint he’s eager to share with other entrepreneurs. As a lifelong entrepreneur and seasoned business leader, he’s built several flourishing self-led construction companies, each reflecting his dedication and business acumen. Along his journey, he’s weathered numerous challenges, leveraged opportunities, and learned from setbacks, all while keeping his vision for time and financial freedom intact.
Outside of the business realm, Norbert’s resilience shines as an accomplished triathlete.
Drawing parallels between the endurance required in races and business, he transfers lessons from one discipline to the other, benefiting both his family and professional life.
